Which is contrary to the atheistic portrayal of God by themselves as being morally superior.

Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; (Acts 17:25)

I would not He seeks God seeks our praise primarily because it make us happy, but because it is right to worship that which is perfectly holy, almighty, etc. which God is, and thus it makes His own joyful to do so, which is our privilege.

One think above all else did David seek after.

One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple. (Psalms 27:4)

If souls could be joyful doing so in Hell then it would not be Hell.
